* Response & Recovery Support Service Agreement covers Business Sync Software phone/remote support services available Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, not including holidays. Software Maintenance includes free version upgrades, updates and enhancements of your licensed Business Sync Software Solution, free email support, and free Level 1 Phone Support available Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, not including holidays.  Support is only available for purchase for those who used the Professional Installation option.

 

Business Sync Software Support Options Price List

The Business Sync Software Support team can assist trial users or licensees with troubleshooting or upgrade of Business Sync solutions. Support only provided to those who choose the Professional Installation option.  We offer phone and remote installation services, upgrade support services during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. In addition, for anyone who requires immediate assistance, we offer priority or after hours support services. 

• Remote Services for Business Sync Solutions start from $149 for the first hour
• Phone Support from $225 and up
• Level II Priority Support $225
• Level III 4 Hour Support $399
• Level IV 10 Hour Support $1499
• Tech for a day (Call for rates)
• After Hours Remote or After Hours Phone Support starts from $275 and up.

Add2Exchange Pricing (in U.S. Dollars)

Add2Exchange licenses are sold by number of folder relationships (not users, not devices) and by module (Calendars, Contacts, and/or Tasks) in a single Exchange Organization Unit (EOU). We offer 3, 6, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 and unlimited relationship licenses for each module. You can purchase an Add2Exchange single module (Calendars or Contacts or Tasks), an Add2Exchange Sync Bundle (Calendars and Contacts, Contacts and Tasks, or Calendars and Tasks),  an Add2Exchange Sync Suite (Calendars, Contacts and Tasks), or an Add2Exchange Enterprise Sync Suite . Additional EOU and Additional Server Licenses are also available at a discount. An Add2Exchange license comes with 6 months of software maintenance and 6 months of free email support. When purchasing a new license, you can extend your software maintenance to 1, 2, or 3 years by adding it to the license price.  For example, if you are purchasing Add2Exchange for Calendars, 3 relationship license and want to extend to 2 year software maintenance, the price is $553 ($395 for the license  $158 for the extended 2 year SM).
